2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS:SriJeevanam takes great care to accurately represent all products on our Website. However, please note the following:
• All products are curated from natural plant fibres. Due to the nature of these materials, minor variations in texture, grain, tone, and finish are inherent and expected — and are a mark of authentic craftsmanship, not a defect.
• Product images on the Website are as accurate as photographic reproduction allows. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display settings.
• We use no leather ,animal or synthetic. a smaller percentage is used for top coating for exterior finish and increase the longevity of products. All materials are plant-derived and responsibly sourced.
• Product descriptions, dimensions, and weights are approximate. We reserve the right to update product information at any time without prior notice.
• Limited edition and seasonal products are available only while stocks last. We do not guarantee availability of any specific product at any specific time.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Processing Time
As all SriJeevanam products are handcrafted or hand-finished, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. During peak periods, festive seasons, or for custom orders, this may be extended — we will communicate any such delay via email.
4.2 Delivery Timelines

4.3 Shipping Partners
We use trusted third-party logistics partners for delivery. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. SriJeevanam is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.4 Packaging
Consistent with our values, all packaging used by SriJeevanam is plastic-free, recyclable, or biodegradable. We use minimal packaging to reduce waste while ensuring your product arrives safely.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us — we will do our best to make it right.
5.1 Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted for defected products within 48hours of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
• Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
• Due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our products, customised or personalised items are non-returnable.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
5.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at srijeevanam@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship any product back without prior authorisation.
5.3 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
5.4 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
5.5 Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• No PVC, PU, or petroleum-derived synthetic materials are used in construction however a smaller percentage is used for finishing.
• All materials are sourced from natural, plant-based, waste-derived, or renewable origins.
• We do not test on animals at any stage of production or development.
• Our packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, or biodegradable.
• We are committed to fair wages and safe working conditions for all artisans and craftspeople in our supply chain.
• We are transparent about our materials and sourcing. Each product clearly tells you its origin and composition.
