Material: What materials are used instead of leather?
Our materials are non leather, coming from nature and waste-derived sources. For our selected plant material, sugarcane bagasse and banana waste are being used.
Material: What does plant-based mean?
Plant based refers to innovative sustainable materials made from plants like cactus, pineapple, grapes, mushrooms, water hyacinth, palm leaves, tomato, and coconut. At SriJeevanam, we use plant based material that is waste-derived (agriculture waste).
Material: Are these products vegan and eco-friendly?
Yes, our products are vegan and eco-friendly. Most vegan marked products in the market are plastic-based (PU or PVC), petroleum-based, and harmful to the planet. Complex polymers can leach microplastics into our food chain.
Product Lifecycle: Are cruelty-free wallets sustainable?
Cruelty-free means no animals were harmed (Ahimsa), but sustainability needs integrity throughout the life cycle. A non leather synthetic wallet can still stay in landfill for hundreds of years. Our wallets are waste-derived, save up to 95% water, and avoid harsh chemical leaching.

Our products are curated from bio sources with high bio content, and the end product is biodegradable.
Product Lifecycle: Are these products temple friendly?
Yes. Our materials are cruelty-free and contain zero animal by-products (no leather, no animal-based glues), making them appropriate for sacred spaces and temples.

Yes, cancellation is possible before shipment. Once processed, refunds are issued within 24-48 business hours after we receive your cancellation request.
Packaging: Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. We use minimal, reusable, organic and natural packaging with low environmental impact. Orders arrive in a reusable magnetic box with cotton dustbag, jute pouch, and a plantable thank-you card.
After you order: Care guide of product?
Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or sunlight. Store in the provided cotton dustbag. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners. Wipe with a soft cotton tissue to remove dirt and stains.
