Material: What materials are used instead of leather?
Our materials are non leather, coming from nature and waste-derived sources. For our selected plant material, sugarcane bagasse and banana waste are being used.
Material: What does plant-based mean?
Plant based refers to all the innovative, sustainable materials made from plants. Prominent Plant based materials are made from Cactus, Pineapple, Grapes, Mushrooms, WaterHycinth, Plam leaves, Tomato, Coconut. At SriJeevanam, we use Plant based material which is waste derived(Agriculture waste).
Material: Are these products vegan and eco-friendly?
Yes, our products are Vegan and Ecofriendly as well but most of the Vegan marked products are simply plastic (PU or PVC), which are petroleum-based and harmful to the planet. Complex polymers which they are made up of ,leach out as Microplastics in our food chain.
Product Lifecycle: Are cruelty-free wallets sustainable?
Cruelty-free means no animals were harmed (Ahimsa), but sustainability requires Integrity throughout the life cycle. A non leather synthetic wallet is cruelty-free but stays in a landfill for 500 years. Our wallets are sustainable because our products are waste derived, save upto 95% water, No leaching out of harsh chemicals.
Product Lifecycle: Are these products biodegradable?
Since our products are curated from best materials (coming from natural Bio sources) with highest possible Bio content, the end product is Biodegradable.
Product Lifecycle: Are these products temple friendly?
Yes, absolutely. Because our materials are 100% crueltyfree (PETA-Approved Vegan certification in progress) and contain zero animal by-products (no leather, no animal-based glues), they are entirely appropriate for use in sacred spaces and temples.

Returns and cancellations: Are returns accepted?
Returns are accepted exclusively in the event that you receive a product different from your order or if the item is found to be defective. Please notify us at srijeevanam@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Yes, Order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. If you choose to cancel your order before shipment, the amount will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we receive the cancellation request from you, once the same is duly processed by us.

At SriJeevanam, we send pack our products in eco-friendly and reusable manner that is not only protective but also highly versatile and reusable. we ensure our packaging is- -Minimal -Reusable -Organic and Natural - Have low environmental impact Your order arrives in a reusable, rigid magnetic box wrapped in a natural cotton dustbag, designed for longevity over disposal. Every product is nestled in a textured jute pouch alongside a Plantable 'Thank You' card. Intention is to ensure your purchase leaves a footprint in your garden rather than your Bin.
After you order: Care guide of product?
Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or sunlight. Store in the provided cotton dustbag. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners. Wipe with a soft cotton tissue to remove dirt and stains.
