For all our products, we provide exhaustive details including exact dimensions, high-definition hand-feel photos, bio-composition Information so you can be certain of your choice before it leaves us. A return often reflects an “unsure choice,” and our community to shop with intention but we understand that sometimes an exchange or Return is necessary. We allow exchanges in the following scenarios:

We allow exchanges in the following scenarios:
Incorrect Product: You received a design, color, or different product from what you ordered.
How to proceed: Step1. Contact Us: Email contact.srijeevanam@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9811512535 within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Step2: Discussion: Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm the exchange.
3. Step3: Inventory Check: If we have established that exchange is applicable and your desired replacement is in stock, we will reserve it until the original product is received by us. If it is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit or a full refund.
Returns (The Exceptions)
While we do not prefer returns due to the intensive cost and environmental impact on a growing startup, we accept returns in following scenarios.
Manufacturing Defects: Functional defect, hardware failure, or structural integrity that we missed during our QC process.
Material Defects: Non uniformity of the material, Color difference within a same product.
Transit Damage: If the product reaches you in a damaged condition due to shipping.
The Process:
Initiate: Email us with the Subject Line: [RETURN REQUEST] Order #XXXX.
Evidence: Please attach 2-3 clear photos of the defect.
Shipping: Once discussed and approved, you will share the product back with us.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the item and verifying the defect, we will initiate a Full Refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes for Exchanges and Returns:
Unused Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging (Jute Pouch), with tags included and including the Plantable Thank You card, and must show no signs of usage.
Artisanal Nature: Please remember that small irregularities are not defects—they are the “birthmarks” of a handcrafted, natural product.
Timeline: All requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
